Charter Members - Charter members have access to full amenities including club access, free use of private meeting rooms when not reserved, and have the ability to add a private locker to their membership. Charter members also have access to more bespoke ticketed events and member experiences throughout the year. (examples include limited whiskey tastings, chef pairings, etc.) Charter members are also able to rent and reserve portions of the club for private or corporate events.
Salon Members -Salon members have full access to club space during all hours of operation, member events and programming and monthly member happy hours and are able to reserve private meeting spaces (cost per use basis)
Social Members - Social members have club access after 3pm daily as well as monthly member happy hours and marquee events.
Sojourner Member- Our out of town Sojourner membership includes club access for members who live out of state and are limited to a maximum of 5 visits or days per month.
Our corporate membership option includes (3) memberships and are designed for organizations that would like to add multiple members. Corporate members have full access to the club, are able to rent and reserve private meeting spaces, and have access to monthly gatherings and programming.

Membership will be limited to 400 primary members with a variety of member tiers & options. Spouses may be added to any membership level for $100/month.

Membership levels and number of members per tier vary and change regularly. There are limited memberships available and some tiers are currently on waitlist due to demand. Please contact our VP of Member Experience or submit an inquiry to request an invitation.

Member initiation fees currently range from $3,000-$15,000 depending upon membership level requested. Initiation fees are due upon acceptance of membership and completion of member profile.

Initiation fees are based upon membership level and will increase as we get closer to our opening date. Member dues will be due upon approval for membership and completion of member agreements. Monthly dues will be billed at the beginning of each month and will be prorated based on the opening day.
Founding/Charter member- $7500
Salon member- $5000
Social member- $2500
Sojourner member- $1500 (out of state members only)

Our anticipated hours of operation will be:
Monday - Wednesday 8am-10pm
Thursday 8am-11pm
Friday 8am - 1 am
Saturday 4pm-1am

Members may bring up to 3 guests. (additional guests will require advance notice and/or reservations based on availability and capacity)
We believe this space is meant to be shared with our members and their guests. In order to deliver a high-touch and intentional hospitality experience we have limited guest count to ensure space for our existing members.

We offer a variety of food and beverages for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as private dinner options for groups and events. Please refer to our current menu page for updated seasonal selections that includes coffee, cocktails, and food options.

We offer a variety of craft coffees throughout the day, hand-crafted cocktails, and a full wine and bar selection for our members and their guests.

Members and their guests will pay for consumption of food and beverages. We will distribute a full breakdown of our menu once it is available.

We are anticipating at least 2 private meeting rooms that will be reservable. Each room will have access to outdoor patio space directly outside the reserved room. There will also be another semi-private meeting/table space available on a first come, first serve basis.

There will be at least one call room. There will be a variety of booth seating options for semi-private conversations.

No. This is not a traditional co-working space. There are no offices, desks, or specific work spaces. This is a space that encourages and fuels collaboration, creativity, social interaction and co-creation. There are plenty of spaces to meet and we have a call booth where members can take private calls and two reservable private rooms for meetings or gatherings.

Any membership tier can add a spouse to their membership for $100 per month. A spouse can enjoy full membership access and amenities and does not require the primary member to be present.

Members must commit to a minimum of a 12 month term. In order to build a community we believe this takes time and intentional connectivity. Our aim is for members to be a part of co-creating this community for years and that Franklin Social is a place where members want to invest their time and talents to help one another. We believe that thriving communities aren’t transactional and they take time and intention to build.

Life circumstances happen, and we understand that. Charter and Salon members will be allowed to pause memberships for up to 3 months if needed. During the pause period, members forfeit benefits and access but membership can be reinstated at any time during the 3 month window.

Potential members are free to apply or request an invitation via the inquiry form on the contact page or apply for membership. Existing members are encouraged to nominate potential members using our FS* app. An independent anonymous membership board meets regularly to review applications.

Franklin Social is 18+ but we have limited events throughout the year that are designed for the entire family to enjoy. Specific events may include the Christmas Tree Lighting, Pumpkin Fest, Dickens of A Christmas Event, etc. We actively communicate to our members about events that are appropriate for children to attend.
